'Pay my insurance correctly! Compensation to be Paid to the Employee Who Says

A striking decision came from the Supreme Court of Appeals on the issue of not paying the SSI premium in full, which is one of the most troubling issues for private sector employees. The Supreme Court ruled that the worker who was fired for telling his boss 'Show my insurance premium from my salary' should be compensated. The worker, who told the owner of the company he worked for that his insurance premium should be paid from his salary, was shaken by the boss's reply 'I fired you, don't touch anything, get out of here'.

The employee, who was fired without compensation, went to the Labor Court. The plaintiff, who stated that he had worked as an Assistant Auditor and fulfilled all the duties assigned to him without any objection, claimed that he was unemployed for seeking his rights. The employee stated that he was unable to collect the wages he was owed despite sending a notice for his receivables through a notary public. The defendant boss, who made a defense in court, stated that he unilaterally terminated the plaintiff's employment contract. The court decided to partially accept the lawsuit. When the plaintiff appealed the decision, the 9th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation intervened. The Court of Cassation ruled that the worker be paid compensation.
