INFORMATION ON THE CIRCULAR ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR REGARDING THE 'LOCKDOWN' IMPOSED DUE TO CORONA-VIRUS:
In the circular on Covid-19 Additional Measures issued by the Ministry of Interior on 15.12.2020, it is stated that lawyers who have to go out and travel due to their duties will not be covered by the ongoing weekend curfew restriction.
The occupational groups to be added to Circular No. 20076 and excluded from the scope of the restriction and related information:
II- Issues to be added to the Circular dated 30.11.2020 and numbered 20076.
1. Until a new decision is taken, fishmongers/fish stalls should be able to serve our citizens on Saturdays and Sundays between 10.0017.00 during the street restriction on weekends,
2. Determining the time interval in which online sales companies, which have an important role in terms of reducing the need / obligation of our citizens to go out, can provide service / distribution as 10:0024:00 on weekdays and weekends in line with the demands of our citizens in this direction,
3. To the Annexed list of places and persons to be exempted during the periods and days of curfew restrictions.
Lawyers, provided that it is limited to the performance of judicial duties such as compulsory defense/representation, hearing, testimony, etc. Notaries in order to prevent the intensity of the upcoming year-end transactions from negatively affecting commercial life,
To be added and to be included within the scope of the exemption limited to the time and route of the specified duties,
Within the scope of the performance of the above-mentioned judicial duties, allowing lawyers to travel intercity in their private vehicles
